Customer presentations profile successful case studies and promote the use and value of RapidResponse within their respective organizations. Presentations can also be on a broader corporate initiative or theme, with reference to RapidResponse’s place and influence. A presentation can cover one or multiple themes, for example:
Business Solution:
- The specific way you are using RapidResponse, the particular business issue(s) it addresses, and interesting/tangible results that have been realized.
- The business processes impacted by RapidResponse, with a deeper look into one or two of the predominant use cases from the perspective of:
- How it enables the process (walk through an example / process flow)
- If you have introduced or changed processes as a result of the capabilities offered by RapidResponse or improved the performance of existing processes
- How it addresses the unique needs of your specific industry
Technology Solution:
- How RapidResponse factors into the supply chain landscape – from both a functional and systems perspective (outline the scale and scope of use, user groups, data sources, system integrations, what RapidResponse has replaced, how you have implemented an application, etc…)
- Description of the evolution of RapidResponse – how the solution has expanded within the company, and the impact on the business
- Future plans for RapidResponse
Supply Chain Strategy:
- Your main business challenges and overall operating approach to addressing them, with emphasis on anything particularly compelling and unique. How RapidResponse supports or enables the approach.
- Overview of a particular corporate initiative, transformation project, or new process strategy with reference to RapidResponse’s role.
