Starting with a vision and a need to overcome challenges that were impeding their ability to achieve a best-in-class supply chain operation – including disparate processes, multiple ERPs and a lack of visibility across their multi-tier environment – Avaya embarked on a four-year supply chain transformation journey. Their efforts produced dramatic results.

In this on-demand webcast, Bryan Ball, VP and Group Director, Supply Chain and Operations Practices, Aberdeen Group and Benji Green, Director of Global Sales, Operations, Supply, and Inventory Planning, Avaya, will discuss the drivers for change at Avaya; the five-phase approach used to shift the supply chain organization’s focus from low-value, reactionary data management tasks to high-value, proactive activities; and how they combined people, process and supply chain management technology to achieve far-reaching success.
